What we walked into
Pawradise places small dogs with carefully selected home hosts in Pinelands, Cape Town — experienced carers and professional trainers matched to each dog's personality and routine. The service was already excellent; the website had to carry that reassurance for owners who had never left their dog with anyone.
We designed around the anxiety, not the offer. The process is spelled out step by step, hosts and homes are shown plainly, and the review wall does the closing. Every scroll depth has a way to send dates or open WhatsApp.
The Challenge
Pawradise is a network of hand-picked home hosts, not a kennel — but online it looked like every other pet-sitting listing. Nervous owners needed to feel the difference before they enquired.
Our Move
We built a warm, calm site that leads with the thing that wins trust: real homes, real hosts, a meet-and-greet before the first stay, and daily photo updates — with WhatsApp and an availability form always one tap away.
