What we walked into
Max Fit SA is the supplier behind boutique studios, hotel gyms and national chain fit-outs across South Africa — over 2,000 gyms and a 4.9★ Google rating built on equipment that's collected 12 Best Buy Awards. The old site read like a catalog; the new one needed to read like a commercial partner.
We rebuilt the storefront around two buyer journeys: individual buyers who want to add to cart, and gym owners briefing a full fit-out. Both surfaces lead to the same outcome — a qualified, finance-aware quote in the sales team's inbox, with rent-to-own and rental-only options pre-surfaced.

Max Fit SA needed a digital presence that matched the scale of their gym builds — from boutique studios to national chains — while screening serious commercial buyers from kit shoppers.

We rebuilt the site as a high-conviction shop-and-spec experience. Bold yellow, brutal type, dense product surfacing, premium photography, and a frictionless quote flow that hands hot leads straight to sales.
