What we walked into
MEDICOLAB CC has manufactured and re-packed pharmaceutical products in Johannesburg since 1995, following British and European Pharmacopoeia standards. It sells to individual buyers and to wholesale customers ordering in bulk.
We built a store that serves both: searchable products and a normal checkout for retail, and a wholesale quote path that lands in Shopify as a draft order so the team can price and confirm quickly. Credentials, contact options and delivery rates sit in plain view.
The Challenge
A pharmaceutical manufacturer operating since 1995 needed one site that sold to retail buyers and handled wholesale quotes, while making its standards and credentials obvious.
